With the Roland RT-MicS, recording and performing has never been simpler. This battery-powered snare/tom tool combines a microphone with a drum trigger and sound module, giving you full control of your acoustic and electronic tones into a PA or recording medium no accessories needed! The onboard claps and percussion samples paint a rich palette of adventurous tones. But for even greater control, connect the RT-MicS to your Mac or PC and load up to eight of your own samples. Samples are selected via a single button overlooking the hoop of your drum; an LCD screen display keeps you apprised of the sample number at any time. Trigger sensitivity and volume settings for each source drum and sample can be adjusted on the fly. Dual 1/4" outputs allow you to capture each signal unprocessed or blend them to taste from a single output. For sample replacement and miking made easy, it doesn't get any better than the Roland RT-MicS.
